Position – Contracting & Financial Analyst
Location – 100 % Remote
Job Description
The Contracting & Financial Analyst – Commercial Operations, will be responsible for coordinating with Managers across all business units (Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, Commercial Learning & Development, etc..) of the Commercial Organization to manage processes within the SKLSI Ariba application for duties including, but not limited to:
- New Vendor On-boarding.
- Creation of Master Service Agreements & Purchase Requisitions.
- Uploading vendor Statement of Work (SOWs) and routing for review & approvals.
- Creation & approval of Purchase Orders
- Linking Purchase Orders to Contracts
- Supplying Vendors with Purchase Order Numbers.
- Vendor Invoice Receipt, review, approval & payments.
- Resource will collaborate with employees from Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Finance & Accounts payable on a routine basis to facilitate document upload, routing, reviews & approvals in Ariba Application.
- Other general Contracting, budget planning/tracking & Financial support duties required.
- The Resource will report into the Executive Director of Commercial Operations.
- Resource should have an undergraduate degree, and 3-5 years of work experience performing contracting & financial administrative duties.
- Resource should have strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Resource should be a self-starter, proactive, very organized, able to work independently.
- Resource should show initiative, drive & determination.
- Resource should be detail oriented by nature.
- Resource should be adept at trouble shooting issues, and persistent at seeing them thru to resolution.
- Resource must have prior hands-on experience with Ariba and/or other Contracting and Accounts Payable applications. (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Resource should have prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
