Title: Project Manager

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Further the business goals of the company through the direct management and
execution of best-in-class projects/solutions.
· Build strong relationships with business divisions and departments across
the company globally; represent, champion and further the goals and
opportunities of the company’s teams in support of assigned initiatives.
· Display, or actively gather, a detailed understanding for the business needs
and objectives of the company and related internal clients globally based on
project.
· Provide project management, prioritization, direction, and leadership to
team members in order to accomplish defined project deliverables.
· Plan, implement and control project work.
· Develop project scope, budgets, project plans and communication plans
· Manage and monitor all project deliverables to successful completion,
leverage EPMO best practices and complete project artifacts as appropriate.
· Actively create and manage project work plans, issues, risks, and key
decisions.
· Monitor project budget, resources and project team members, escalate issues
as appropriate.
· Work with project's teams to allocate resources appropriately. Review demand
and capacity and be able to work out conflicts or reprioritize as needed.
· Actively communicate with project team members, sponsors, and stakeholders
· Create metrics to measure project success
· Conduct lessons learned meetings/surveys and analyze data and report to
sponsor and team
· Demonstrated ability to work independently on a wide array of corporate
projects.
· Experience in project lifecycle management, feasibility analysis and
conceptual design through development, implementation, training and rollout.
· Ability to align functional expertise and solutions to meet the changing
demands of clients, competitors and regulators
· Strong interpersonal and management skills, including the ability to work
across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all
levels of management and peers.
· Serve as a subject matter expert in the field of Project Management,
maintaining a solid understanding of the field and its related technologies.
· Performs additional duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Agile/Kanban experience. Knowledge of JIRA.
· Extreme proficiency with advanced Excel macros and functions
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
· Five or more (5+) years of related project management experience.
· Practical experience leading projects through all phases of delivery
· Financial skills to manage project's operating and capital budgets.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills. Experience
designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences,
including senior management, administrative staff members, technical and
non-technical personnel, and clients.
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to interact with all levels of the company’s management.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
· Experience Managing Information/Cyber Security Related Projects and Cloud
projects. Azure preferred.

Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities:
- Use the Salesforce platform to design, develop, and implement minor and
major fixes and enhancements for sales and Sales and Distribution departments.
- Work with Product Owner for prioritizing sprints and stories. In working
with scrum team members, own key feature delivery, create and refine epics and
stories, plan sprints in Jira, and execute on stories in the sprint. Document
technical and functional requirements in Confluence. Code, debug, create and
execute unit tests to deliver final product.
- Write unit test cases to provide more than 75% code coverage on software
changes.
- Participate in CI / CD pipeline, code quality and release process.
Document details on software changes for release, test deployments, and work

- Experience with Salesforce.com configuration, Apex coding, Lightning App
Builder, Custom Lightning Components, JavaScript, Lightning Flow, API
integration, Lightning Connect, SOQL, and Platform Encryption.
- Preferable experience with other Salesforce 3rd party vendor applications
and plugins including Seismic, CloudLock, Duplicate Check, iCertis
- Preferable experience with SQL or Oracle development, and .Net C#
development.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with other developers providing knowledge transfer and
technical know how
- Experience working within scrum team and related ceremonies, refining, and
updating epics and stories while working with BA and QA peers to deliver key
features
- Experience working with appropriate IDE for Salesforce, source code
