We have urgent requirement with one of our Direct client's (No hidden Layers) , please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYESJP00017881 Title: Sr BSA/QA Lead Length of Contract: (confirm start and end date) 6 months Location/Site: Onsite Mettawa, IL - can be a hybrid role with expectations to be onsite at least 1-2 days a week, and everyone is in the office on Wednesdays Sr. BSA/QA Lead Must have: * BSA experience- including documentation, requirements gathering etc.. This person will be assisting the primary BSA with the enhancements of the internal learning platform * QA Testing experience- manual testing and be able understand Automated testing, Dev team does the auto testing, but this person will need to check to be sure this was done properly * System concepts experience Strong communication Skills both written and verbal * Consulting skills * Conceptual understanding skills Nice to have: * Learning management or digital publishing experience Description Details Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Generally supports mainstream skills or common packages/platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, BI, Data Analyst (RAVE), Domain Expert, Filenet, Learning Management, LMS Consultancy, SAP, and R&D Domain. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager.
