Role: Agile Coach Location: Alpharetta, GA (Remote Till Covid) Rate: $65/HR on C2C Job Description: * Agile Coaches are fully dedicated, typically to 2 or 3 Agile pods, focusing on priority CIO areas, quick wins before handing over to the Scrum Master to continue the learning journey for the team. * Iterate and improve existing artefacts and learning materials, where appropriate utilise PA training material to accelerate learning experience. * Consolidate existing learning material within a central location, improving the productivity of the team enabling a greater responsiveness to change. * Identify anti-patterns, coaching and establishing an Agile Mindset and culture. * Upskill internal Scrum Masters and team members as future Agile Coaches who can mobilize other Agile Pods across Technology. * Help drive momentum of Tech Transformation by providing team level communication of overall transformation change, purpose and vision. * Foster an Agile Scrum Master community of excellence, establishing and sharing best practices across CIO areas, value streams and platforms.
