*Position2:* BA with Supplychain Experience

Location: Battle Creek, MI / Chicago, IL - Hybrid position

Duration: 12 months

*Must have Supplychain Experience *

*With our supply chain experience. Don’t send me the resume *

*TYPICAL ANALYSTS*

   - Working with some vendors
   - Putting together cost estimates
   - The role isn’t specific to a functional area
   - It will be in the supply chain role.
   - Previous supply chain experience will be pretty relevant . It will be
looked as positive if this candidate has experience in supply chain.
   - The role will cover variety of areas within supply chain
   - All areas of supply chain, may be planning, may be distribution, other
   components of purchasing.

*Why do you have the need?*

I am the only business analyst from my bosses team. Think of supply chain
as a very large audience. There is a lot of need and business requests for
software for technology. We are getting to a point where we need to bring
on additional help to bring some ideas off the group and some structure
what the requirements are , what the cost might be , look at what the cost
might be , capital plans and put some structure around it.

At this point , we do not have a open position. At some time, we could make
it a fulltime role as well. We just don’t know what the future holds it’s a
possibility.

Any specific tools and technologies they need to have?

Standard suite of Microsoft tools such as projects.

This is ideally a hardcore BA role. BA certification. If someone had PMP
certification who understands project life cycle, Agile or scrum experience
al this will be added advantage. Someone who can take a business concept
and translate that into some IT requirements. Scoping , process flow
design, help with some cost estimates, licensing , configuration and
training – All the things that’s critical for a project.

Most of the business partners will be in Chicago or Battle creek area.
Though not required. It would be NICE TO HAVE and a BIG PLUS. They will be
required to travel to meet business partners. If they are local to Chicago
or Battle creek. Our environment would be hybrid.

*They should be ready to come into the office. Even if they are in Chicago,
they should be ready to travel to TN **(Expense will be REIMBURSED)*
