Provide support to different teams in analysing data. - Design, develop and maintain data API’s. - Integrate data from variety of data sources using federation / virtualization techniques. - Develop solutions independently based on high-level design and architecture with minimal supervision. - Monitor the performance of the data platform on a regular basis and tune the infrastructure and platform components accordingly to ensure the best performance. - Maintain a high level of expertise in data technologies and stay current on latest data technologies. *Qualifications* - Overall 15+ year experience in software design and development. - 5+ years of experience in data engineering. - Prior experience with implementing big data platform components that are scalable, high performing, and lower in operations cost. - Proven experience with integration of data from multiple heterogeneous and distributed data sources. - Experience with processing large amounts of data (structured and unstructured), building data models, data cleaning, data visualization and reporting. - Experience in production support and troubleshooting. - Hands-on knowledge of containers, API designing and implementing is a must. - Experience with NoSQL databases, Graph databases, relataional databases, time series databases. - Excellent knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks, various messaging systems, stream-processing systems, Big data ML toolkits, big data querying tools - Experience in Python, Go, Perl, Javascript, Kafka, Spark, Kubernetees. - Good knowledge of Agile software development methodology. - Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) skills. - Proven experience in managing and working with teams based in multiple geograhies. - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. *3)* *Role: Senior Software Engineer/ AWS Cloud (12+ years)* *Location: Remote/With in USA. * *Duration: 6+ Months contract* *Duties and Responsibilities:* - Evaluate product requirements for operational feasibility and create detailed specifications based on user stories. - Design and implement robust, highly reliable, scalable and secure application - Write clean, efficient, high quality, secure, testable, maintainable code based on specifications. - Coordinate with stakeholders (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architect, Quality and DevOps teams) to ensure successful execution of the project - Comply with project plans, coding standards and industry standards - Create the necessary technical documents - Gather the user feedback, evaluate the feedback, recommend and execute improvements *Qualification:* - 12+ years of proven work experience as a Software Developer - 3+ years of experience in developing RESTful API’s - 1+ years of experience working on a cloud application (AWS, Azure or any cloud) - Bachelors Engineering degree in Computer Science or relevant field - Experience in Node.js is a must - Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Route 53, DynamoDB, Cloud Front, Lambda, SNS, SQS, API gateway, ELB, EBS) or equivalent in other cloud platforms will be a big plus - Experience with CI/CD. - Knowledge of version control systems like GIT(mandatory). - Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment - Ability to document requirements and specifications - Proficiency in using software engineering tools - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, team-player mindset, positive attitude is key to thriving in this role.
