This role will work closely with the Portfolio Managers to support the Portfolio Management team to oversee key functional, reporting and administrative tactics, including, but not limited to: Key Responsibilities: * Work closely and support the Project Portfolio Management team in varying projects and processes. * Reporting in Smartsheet for project data charts/metrics to aid in the analysis or review of data integrity * Enhancements to Smartsheet to provide simplification and efficiencies. * Adds/controls/monitors licensing for Smartsheet. * Create Smartsheet Dashboards for user groups. * Utilize Smartsheet conditional formatting and automation to accurately reflect the project data. * Ensure accurate and consistent data and reporting. * Work with supplier contracts to ensure a smooth and effective process. Create shopping carts in SRM. Qualifications: * Proven work experience as a Project manager or similar role. * Smartsheet Certification or 1-5 years' experience required * Experience in SRM. * Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management * Strong collaborative working relationships and teamworking skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) required * BA in Business Administration or equivalent experience Are you open to look at candidates willing to relocate? If yes, list proposed countries and % of time travelling: No Position ID: DYESJP00019024 Title: Cloud Project Manager (Pharma R&D applications) Duration: 6-12 months Location/Site: Lake County, IL Onsite Hybrid model 3 days Onsite, 2 days Remote Job Description * Responsible for project management activities of IT systems/assets upgrade including initiation, planning, timely execution against aligned schedule/milestones, scope, and resources. * Organize and lead regular project team meetings to drive progress, track and mitigate risks, resolve any roadblocks, and review action items. * Coordinate with stake holders, other cross-functional teams including infrastructure, compliance and Info Security, and external system vendors. * Need to work with business/IT owners that may require functional and/or technical knowledge or working experience with Pharma R&D applications and systems. * Require performing systems testing and documentation to align with Client SDLC processes. * Communicate with line management and Information Research (IR) domain teams apart from providing clarifications related to Operating System (OS)/Database (DB) upgrade of IT systems/assets including Cloud environments (MS Azure/AWS). * Leverage project management tools such as Clarity for project execution apart from other documentation (Ex., project charter, detailed MS Project plans, MS Visio). * Need strong inter personnel and communication skills * Require hands on ability to work, independent and work with teams or personnel across multiple time zones. Skills Project Management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of IT systems/assets upgrade activities. Working experience in coordination of stake holders, cross-functional teams and external systems vendors. Knowledge of Operating System (OS)/Database (DB) apart from Cloud environments (MS Azure/AWS). Functional and/or technical experience working with Pharma R&D applications and systems preferred.
