- Should be strong with DevOps - Look for candidates who can relocate day one Onsite *Qualifications* - The successful candidates for this position will have a passion for agile/scrum execution, automation (hands on keyboard), DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and creating the guardrails necessary to enable self-service to cloud infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines - This person will have the ability to design and implement solutions in the Cloud that are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient - We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of Role Based Access Control and how it is implemented via IAM and SSO - We are looking for someone with a strong breadth of technical knowledge spanning multiple platforms (ex: network, database, storage, messaging, web services, Linux operating systems, etc.) *Other Required Experience* - Experience with the authoring, managing, and deployment of IAM Policies - History of managing ‘infrastructure as code’ or similar configuration management tools - Experience leveraging AWS cloud-native serverless technologies (Lambda) - Experience with managing AWS resources using Terraform (HCL/JSON) - Experience designing, building, and maintaining container environments (Kubernetes, Docker, EKS Fargate, etc.) - Familiarity with AWS governance best practices and common ways they are implemented - Scripting technologies (Python, Bash, etc.) - This role will be expected to be comfortable working in a fast-paced agile/scrum environment - Strong verbal and written collaboration and communication skills are needed, as well as the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization and with external contractors and vendors - To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated to learn new technologies and achieve objectives - The candidate needs to have the ability to both multi-task and work independently *Responsibilities* - The Principal Cloud Infrastructure [Engineer / Architect] role’s primary focus is to build and operate solutions and products to help Savvas move and live in Cloud - Provides consultative support for application teams to operate in the Cloud, helping them uplift their AWS and DevSecOps knowledge - This person will work from a centralized team responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations of cloud environments in addition to being involved with creating or implementing platforms for our developers to use such as metrics/logging collection, CDN, git, and CI/CD Thanks Ramesh -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
