We have urgent requirement with one of our Direct client's (No hidden Layers) , please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYESJP00021011 Title: Program/Project Management with Smartsheet certified consultant Duration: 6-12 months Location/Site: Lake County, IL Description: Open to 100% remote candidates 6 month possible extension Program Manager The Program Manager is an integral member of the project office, responsible for managing the Smartsheet application, administrative functions, and various programs/projects. This person will work closely with the portfolio and project managers to provide accurate data and reporting for the respective areas. Key Responsibilities: * Support the project office team and the business and brand consulting organization * Create Smartsheet dashboards for various use cases * Utilize Smartsheet conditional formatting and automation to accurately reflect the project data for analysis, and reporting * Ensure accurate and consistent data and reporting * Provide simplification and efficiencies utilizing Smartsheet * Provide application support by managing add-ons, user licenses and user support Qualifications: * Proven Smartsheet experience building project schedules, reports, and dashboards. * Proven work experience as a program/project manager * Strong collaborative working relationships and teamworking skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management * Experience in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Timeline and Excel) What are the top skills requirements should this person have? 1.
