*Title: Salesforce Technical Architect* *Location: Remote*
*Duration: 12 Months Contract* *Roles and responsibilities:* - Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between Salesforce functionality and client requirements. - Ability to understanding the current Architecture, Key business needs and As Is process. - Ability to Lead discovery and design sessions to uncover customers business, functional, and technological requirements. - Responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components. - Ability to deliver Functional Design and Solution Design documents. - Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation and translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions. - Own the overall technical design and development for multiple projects. - Working experience in Sprint and Agile methodology. - Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools. - Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions. - Hands-on implementation experience in Lightning Aura Framework and LWC - Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch. - Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment. - Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow. - Experience with conducting technical process reviews, technical UAT’s and working in partnership with the business consultants. - Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce, designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications. - Experience with DevOps tools for continuous integration, automated testing, and release management including, such as Git, Copado, Salesforce DX, etc. - Salesforce Consumer Good Cloud exposure / knowledge is an added advantage *What We’re Looking For:* - Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background. - Knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleaning, and security - Problem Solving skills Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc). - Demonstrated ability to work as a Software Development Manager and leading a team of Senior and Junior Developers - Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills - Experience with conducting technical process reviews, technical UAT’s and working in partnership with the business consultants. - Sales Support: Help scope, solution, and estimate sales opportunities alongside a delivery lead.
