The developer will work with the distributed team and will be responsible for designing and implementing end to end solutions and integrate with the in-house platform and infrastructure. Work with development lead and architecture team in understanding the requirements, designing and implementing the solution. As a passionate hands-on programmer spend most of the time in coding and delivering quality code. Write quality test cases. Participate in design review and peer code review. Work collaboratively in a global setting, should be eager to learn new technologies. *Key aspects of the role –* - Work with business partners to understand the processes and requirements. - Hands on development on the salesforce platform – enhance custom objects, develop Visual Force pages, APEX classes, defining workflows and SOQL. - Follow SDLC processes for development, testing and deployment. - Manage SFDC configurations and customizations. Primary Skills / Must have Senior level candidate with 7-10 Years of experience in following technologies Candidate must have hands-on and in-depth knowledge of Visual Force (Page, Components and Controllers), configurations, Apex Web Services and APIs, Workflows, Rules and defining custom objects and Pages. Candidate should have knowledge of tools used for build and deployment. The candidate should have strong communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Secondary Skills / Desired skills Good to have experience in the Financial Industry. Working knowledge of Lightning and building custom Lightning components. Good to have familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development and software design patterns. * Job Title: SFDC Lead Developer with lightning* *Location : Phoenix, Onsite* *Duration: Long term* Primary Responsibilities • Leads and/or participates in project planning processes and development activities. • Responsible for identifying development tasks in support of project planning and estimation • Actively participates in development and provides guidance and expertise on technical and business processes as needed. • Works closely with architects to assure all systems are in line with IT long-term strategy. • Will lead the design and development of solutions • Will create functional and technical design specifications and assists in sizing technical requirements. • Codes applications or enterprise wide software systems using a disciplined development process. • Integrates solutions with other applications and platforms outside the framework. • Reviews integration testing plans. • Supports and/or executes testing efforts across the life cycle. • Ensures the adherence to standards, policies and procedures. “Required” tech stack and other related details: Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • 10+ years of overall IT solutions experience with experience in Salesforce/service cloud development experience along with other CRMs. • Knowledge of Setting up & customizing Sales cloud console and Developing custom console components and integrating with console. • Salesforce.com Skills: Force.com IDE, Visual force, Workflow & Approvals, Reports & Dashboards, Account Management, Validation Rules & Triggers, Contact Management, System Administration, Business Analysis, SOSL, SOQL, Lead Management, Apex Class, Opportunity Management, Sales. • Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, and JavaScript. • Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, WorkBench. • Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards. - Hands on experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages coding and development. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform with focus on Sales & Experience cloud Assignment Rules, Configuration of Milestone Tracker, Escalation rules, Routing Rules.
