Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems/Computer Science or 
related discipline.
• Experience
o At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing projects
o At least 5 years’ experience in project management, business systems 
analysis, software development or deployment.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills
• Proven track record of effective project leadership and positive results
• Proven Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills are required
• Individual must be able to work full time on-site (Mettawa - Pharmaceutical 
client ABV1 building)

Preferred
• PgMP/PMP Certification
• Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with minimal 
oversight
• Experience working in Pharma/Life Science or similar industries
• Experience working within Pharmaceutical client
• Experience working in Commercial / Marketing
• Experience working in and with Technology Teams and products


The BTS (IT) Sr. Project Manager will provide technical project management and 
business program management for key strategic initiatives supporting the brand 
team. This role will work closely with all internal groups and external 
third-party service providers to establish project plans which considers 
critical tasks, durations and dependencies. The Project Manager is expected to 
be autonomous in management of meetings, solicitation of agendas, distribution 
of meeting minutes, tracking completion of action items and regular updates on 
project status.


Specifically, the Project Manager is expected to:
• Develop, execute and manage the project within the defined scope.
• Manage a multitude of interrelated projects within the constraints of human 
and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful 
completion of the project.
• Partner with business sponsors/key stakeholders to confirm project success 
criteria.
• Responsible for the overall project delivery consisting of large concurrent 
projects which are managed by multiple project managers.
• Establish and ensure transparent reporting of project status, issues, risks, 
and financials.

• Conduct CSF compliant meetings as required by the Project or Program
• Maintain detailed and CSF compliant Project Schedule, Roster and RAID+C Log
• Maintain SharePoint, Jira and Confluence repository as applicable
• Help project team and leadership be compliant with Enterprise Portfolio 
Management and BCo Portfolio Management
• Create and distribute Department Policy compliant Weekly Status report
• Create and maintain Department Policy compliant Project/Program Dashboard
• Help execute Department Policy compliant Hypercare and project closure 
activities
• Conduct Department Policy compliant Lessons Learned session

Key Responsibilities
• Initiate and Plan Project: Works with business and IT management to establish 
and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, financials and deliverables. 
Responsible for building the plan and resource needs to accomplish the scope.
• Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and 
risks will affect the project working with business and IT management and 
sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the 
project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
• Executing and Closing Project: Leads project managers and teams in developing 
and executing a project plan ensuring that authorized resources are obtained to 
make certain that all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and 
obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
• Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing project 
reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support 
information to project teams, business, and IT management. Makes 
recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues and manage 
risks.
• Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure project and 
business needs are addressed through proactive priority management with 
business and IT management. Motivates and mentors project managers across the 
project’s project work streams.
• Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and 
functional policies and procedures.
• Decisions: Make decisions that impact project level activities. Influences or 
has final decision authority for project budget.
• Overall: Ability to influence without owning, establish and maintain 
high-quality relationships with all cross-functional team members, promote 
collaboration to assist in planning and executing projects, including gaining 
consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.

• Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all cross-functional 
areas within commercial operations and develop a thorough understanding and

• Is highly organized, meets project deadlines and proactively delivers on 
business objectives.
• Assesses the degree to which changes to scope; issues and risks will affect 
projects working with department, management and sponsor to gain agreement for 
resolution
• Troubleshoots issues with frequent follow ups with vendors until there is a 
firm and complete resolution
• Prepares concise, informative, well-organized and impactful PowerPoint 
presentations summarizing results and insights
• Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and 
stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely 
and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, 
Department and Division management.
• Seeks to leverage proven frameworks, methodologies, and best practices in 
projects and advocates for the implementation of those methods in a reusable 
fashion
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies 
and procedures
• Exhibits a culture of integrity, excellence, initiative and compliance.
