No must be local and willing to come onsite as needed Description Details Senior IT Consultant - Innovation Job Description: The Quality Innovation Program is looking for an experienced IT professional to work with technology innovation and new capability projects in the Quality Manufacturing Operations space. The resource will work with individuals across multiple areas including quality systems, content management systems, quality laboratories systems and data analysis. This position will require the ability to understand complex business processes and explore ways to improve them using technology. Responsibilities: * Analyzing business partners domain to identify potential improvements to existing products or processes. * Conducting research to identify new technologies that could impact the AbbVie's operations. * Working with management to develop long-term strategies for the organization's growth and success * Recommend changes to products, services, or processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Conduct proof of concepts and pilots to test new ideas and determine value before implementation. * Conducting market research to identify opportunities for improvement. * Work with various internal IT organizations and external vendors to accomplish research and testing.
