Database Knowledge: Understanding of database management and SQL database systems. Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues. Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with clients, understand their billing and revenue management requirements, and convey technical information effectively. Oracle Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle products, especially ORMB, may be beneficial.
