Roles & Responsibilities: Program Oversight: * Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of projects related to warehouse management solutions. * Develop and maintain a program-level roadmap, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals. Client Engagement: * Act as the key liaison between our organization and the client, understanding their warehouse management needs and strategic objectives. * Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns specific to warehouse solutions. Project Coordination: * Oversee project managers and teams working on warehouse-related projects to ensure successful execution. * Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with program and warehouse-specific goals. Java Technology Expertise: * Leverage Java background to understand and guide technical aspects of warehouse solutions. * Collaborate with development teams to ensure Java-based warehouse applications meet quality and performance standards. Resource Management: * Coordinate resources across warehouse projects to optimize utilization and efficiency. * Collaborate with project managers to address resource constraints and ensure teams are well-equipped. Domain Expertise - Warehouse Management: * Utilize domain expertise in warehouse management to contribute to the strategic direction of warehouse-related projects. * Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the warehouse domain. Communication and Reporting: * Facilitate regular communication between internal project teams and client stakeholders, emphasizing warehouse-specific updates. * Provide program-level reports with a focus on warehouse project status, risks, and achievements. Quality Assurance: * Implement and oversee quality assurance processes specifically tailored to warehouse solutions. * Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain and improve warehouse project and program standards. Skills and Qualifications: Program Management: * Extensive experience in program management, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple projects. * Strong understanding of program management methodologies and best practices. Java Background: * Solid background in Java development, with the ability to guide technical aspects of warehouse solutions. * Experience in Java-based warehouse applications is highly desirable.
