Position 1: Data Analytics Engineer Remote Contract Job Title: Data Analytics Engineer The Data Analytics Engineer will work closely with Agent Assist customers to understand the business objectives, define and implement ways to capture the relevant measurements as it relates to these objectives. The engineer will work on ETL process, statistical analysis, developing dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Tasks: ● Build reusable ETL pipelines to support Agent Assist engagements for customers’ analytics and reporting needs ● Build reusable tools/libraries to close the gap between customer needs and product readiness ● Build statistical analysis playbook and best practices ● Build visualizations/dashboards template to support Agent Assist engagements ● Ad-hoc data analysis and ingestion as needed ● Troubleshoot the metrics differences between Google and Customers’ measurements Minimum Qualifications You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job: ● BS degree in an analytical/technical subject area (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience ● Proficiency in SQL for data processing on large, distributed datasets ● 3 years of experience with statistical and ML packages in Python ● 3 years of experience with statistical process control methods and outlier detection ● 3 years of experience in building data pipelines and data models ● 3 years of experience with data visualization tools Position 2: Job Title: Cloud Architect Responsibilities We are looking for a Cloud Architect interested in: ● Solving technical challenges e.g. scalability, reliability and performance ● Collaboration with Agent Assist engineering team to integrate Agent Assist Backend into enterprise customers’ legacy systems. ● Supporting customers on architecture reviews to provide technical details on how Agent Assist integration with customers’ existing Cloud or on-prem infrastructure. ● Bringing customers’ challenges first hand to the Engineering team to improve on the product feature. ● Authoring integration playbook to scale for more integration needs. Minimum Qualifications You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job: ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. ● Very familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ● Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Redis Memorystore, Secret Manager, Cloud Run, Authentication (e.g. OAuth2). ● Experience with scalable networking technologies (such as Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms). ● Working knowledge of container technologies (such as Kubernetes, Docker). ● 5 years of industry experience with Cloud Architecture design and implementation. Preferred Qualifications Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable: ● Familiarity with multiple Cloud providers, e.g. Azure, AWS ● Good communication and collaboration skills. ● The will and ability to learn are the key. Position 3: Java Software Architect Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Java Software Architect Expert located in Albany, New York Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Software Architect Expert will be responsible for translating software requirements into workable programming code, designing, and implementing clean and efficient systems, and overseeing the development phases of the software development life cycle. Additionally, the Software Architect Expert will be responsible for researching new technologies and methodologies, developing software solutions, and ensuring that software architecture and design meet business needs and requirements. Qualifications Experience in application design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills and experience with Java 8/J2EE distributed application development, REST, and domain model Microservices, Spring Boot, and API gateway Designing secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption, and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAUTH2, OIDC and multi factor authentication. Application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools. Position 4: Job Title: UI Integration Engineer Contract Remote Responsibilities We are looking for a frontend integration engineer interested in: ● Solving technical challenges e.g. scalability, reliability and performance ● Collaboration with UI Engineering team to integrate Agent Assist UI Modules into enterprise customers’ Agent Desktop (frontend UI system). ● Bringing customers’ challenges first hand to the UI Engineering team to improve on the product feature. ● Authoring UI integration playbook to scale for more integration needs. Minimum Qualifications You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job: ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. ● Experience with frontend development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS ● Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js ● Familiarity with web standards and web security including iFrames, browser contexts, CORS, XSS, etc. ● Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ● 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree. ● 5 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, and/or API development.
