Key skills we need are: * Expert in 4G/5G * RAN engineer that's familiar with ATT processes. * Knowledgeable in RAN tools like Mapinfo, Atoll * Knowledgeable in data analytics tools including SQL, PowerBI and Tableau Position 2: Data Engineer (with analytics experience) - Perform analysis of data extracted from testbeds / test campaigns. - Writing/scripting queries to collect data across the testbeds and various test equipment (e.g, traffic generators, cellular), systems (e.g, linux systems) and other types (e.g, telecom, cellular, wifi) - Data extracting results, observations, insights. - Integration with internal tools (database, hive tables, visualization tools) - Use of open source / external tools for visualization: eg., grafana, influxdb - Data extraction from mobile devices (e.g. iphone, samsung etc.) lab equipments (e.g. switches, wireless access point, telecom equipment) and packet capture tools like wireshark/pcap, sflow, netflow - Merging data from a number of different data sources (mobile devices, lab equipments, content delivery networks, mobile devices) Position 3: Network Engineer - Focus on IP/Ethernet configuration of various elements (e.g, servers, switches, router, ACLs) but not the main task. This is needed only to get us going when building a testbed and gluing things together. Strong linux networking - Strong android / adb skills to configure phones & features, extract performance, metrics. - Understanding of transport protocols, specifically TCP, QUIC - Familiarity with test tools in the lab (e.g, iperf, wireshark, speedtest) to either troubleshoot E2E testbed or to extract results during test execution. - Good understanding of E2E network and configuration (including cellular or wifi) from networking perspective - Working in lab environment, hacky approach - Testing automation - Capable of putting testbed together in a lab environment Position 4: Video Engineer - Familiarity with short-form or long-form streaming video (systems, encoding/decoding, protocols, playout, quality metrics) - Familiar with video service quality, degradation influence factors - Experience with various test equipment to measure video quality metrics in a lab environment - Familiar with various protocols such as DASH, ABR, prefetching - Familiarity with test equipment/vendors (e.g, witbe, headspin, viavi, keysight) and test tools ( - Strong linux experience - Experience with mobile devices OS and testing (eg android / adb skills) Best Regards, Sofia so...@iagami.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
