*Role: AWS Architect* Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months Interview: Video *Position Overview*: We are seeking an experienced *Senior AWS Consultant* to join our dynamic team *with 10+ years of relevant experience in IT, and a minimum of 6 years focused on AWS architecture, solution, and design with operations/support experience*. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable and reliable solutions on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. As a Senior AWS Solution Consultant/Architect, he will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead architectural discussions, manage his support Team at offshore and provide technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. *Roles & Responsibilities*: *Solution Design*: · Architect and design robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions on the AWS platform. · Develop and document architecture blueprints, patterns, and best practices. · Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements. *Technical Leadership*: · Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations/support teams. · Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. · Mentor and coach junior members of the technical team. *Cloud Infrastructure*: · Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc. · Optimize and troubleshoot existing cloud-based solutions for performance, reliability, and cost. *Security and Compliance*: · Implement and enforce security best practices in AWS environments. · Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. *Collaboration*: · Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to understand project requirements. · Collaborate with DevOps and MLOps teams to automate deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery. *Technical Documentation*: · Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for architectures, configurations, and processes. · Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members. *Problem Resolution*: · Act as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide timely resolutions. · Participate in on-call rotation for critical production issues. *Qualifications*: · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Proven experience as a Senior Consultant with Solution Architect Mindset with a focus on AWS technologies. · AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification preferred. · Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. · Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or similar. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. · Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
