*Job Description:*

*Skillsets/knowledge required:*

·         Networking fundamentals

·         PC/server hardware

·         RBAC assignments

·         AAD/AD security groups, permissions, group policy, MFA

·         Windows Client and Server OS, file system permissions

·         Security fundamentals and processes (JEA, change tracking, audit
trails, approval/authorizations)

·         Azure fundamentals

·         Detailed and clear communication, written and verbal



*Responsibilities:*

·         Receive, triage, and manage IT-related issues reported by end
users

·         Drive clarity of reported issues, translating business and user
functions into likely technical causes

·         Engage appropriate SMEs and IT teams to resolve issues, based on
root cause and area of responsibility

·         Handle escalations in priority/criticality

·         Identify and pull multiple teams together to resolve complex
issues

·         Document roles, responsibilities mapped to technical permissions
required to fulfill those roles

·         Identify pain points and repeated issues, create action plans to
reduce toil

·         Track and drive down MTTR

·         Drive incident bridge calls, engage required SMEs and drive
outages to closure

·         Document outage activities, manage regular communications with
stakeholders

·         Drive post-mortem reviews with applicable teams

·         Regular reports on overall issue counts, categories, resolution
time
