Lead and manage the SAP FICO testing team, ensuring effective test planning, execution, and reporting. . Develop and implement testing strategies and plans to meet project goals and timelines. . Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. . Identify, analyze, and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content. .
