The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance overall business performance. This role requires a strong understanding of industry best practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. *Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Responsibilities:* - Evaluate, review and provide a business case around Network Operations Center (NOC) processes and resources (including all monitoring) - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and processes. - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement. - Develop strategies and solutions to enhance business performance. - Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
