*Position: Platform Engineer* *Location: TX/Plano*(Remote is acceptable.) They’ll be doing development and support mostly. Onsite for 1-3 weeks at a time may be required for go-lives periodically.) *Type: C2H* Automotive experience + 2. cited experience with core tools for our “Platform Engineer”: AWS Sitewise, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Storage solutions + 3. experience with nice to haves: MQTT, Kafka, Microservice development, API gateways *The Role:* As a Senior IoT Architect, you will collaborate with engineering and IT teams to design, build, and support Internet-of-Things (IoT) or business-critical enterprise environments. You will be a Subject Matter Expert in one or more strategic focus areas such as Integration, Security, Infrastructure, or Cloud Computing, while also contributing across other areas. Your responsibilities will include evaluating cloud, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies, driving technical strategy, and managing projects up to an enterprise level deployment. You will also set the implementation approach for customer and supplier activities, ensuring successful project delivery.
