*Role: Sr. IAM Consultant* Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months Interview: Video As an IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, ensure compliance with security policies, and provide strategic guidance on IAM best practices. · 14+ years of experience in IAM and Access Governance (IGA) · Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory and security standards. · Review IAM audits and provide recommendations for improvements. · Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM with existing systems. · Create and maintain documentation related to IAM policies and procedures. · Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies (e.g., RSA Aveksa, CyberArk Azure AD, SailPoint). · Good knowledge in IAM SOD, including role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SOD) frameworks. · Strong understanding of security principles and regulatory requirements. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · IAM certifications are preferred.
