*Role: Salesforce Data Analyst * Location: USA – Remote Duration: 12+ months Interview: Video *Specific Responsibilities* Investigate the source of data-related issues by tracing discrepancies, errors, or anomalies back to their origin across interconnected systems; provide detailed summary of findings to technical teams; draft a separate, non-technical explanation of the issue and impact Regularly monitor and validate data quality and data flows across systems Identify breakdowns or inefficiencies in data pipelines, transformations, or integrations that lead to issues or data inconsistencies Collaborate with the centralized data operations team to develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Tableau, enabling technical and business teams to track data trends, system performance, and business outcomes.
