Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of data integration solutions, including data structures, transformations, reporting, and user documentation.
- Act as the primary ETL technical liaison, collaborating with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Manage and administer ETL solutions for medium to large-scale OLTP and OLAP projects.
- Monitor and optimize daily ETL jobs, identifying and resolving load/performance issues.

Familiarity with emerging data integration technologies and tools. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data integration, including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation using PL/SQL and relational databases (Oracle 11g or higher).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Data Quality for data integration and quality processes.
- 7+ years of experience using ETL tools to migrate data from diverse sources (databases, flat files, XML) and developing complex SQL/PLSQL objects (stored procedures, triggers, packages, materialized views) using Oracle utilities (SQL Loader, external tables, built-in packages).
- 5+ years of experience in data quality processes (profiling, cleansing, standardization, match/merge) using tools like Informatica Data Quality.
- 7+ years of experience implementing Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) and Change Data Capture (CDC) in OLTP and OLAP environments.
- 7+ years of experience writing complex UNIX scripts for file validation, FTP, and ETL automation/scheduling.
- 7+ years of experience in performance tuning of SQL scripts and PL/SQL objects (procedures, functions, triggers, packages, tables, views, indexes).
- 2+ years in a leadership role as a developer, guiding teams on complex projects.
- Experience with Health & Human Services applications.
- Proficiency in writing technical specifications (ETL mappings, design, and implementation documents).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Collaborate with development teams to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Explore and support new technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Write technical specifications, including ETL source-to-target mapping, design, and implementation documents.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with medium to large-scale OLTP and OLAP projects.
- Familiarity with emerging data integration technologies and tools.
