Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze and document business processes, systems, and models, assessing their integration with technology to deliver actionable solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience leading large teams and working in complex, high-impact environments, particularly within state government settings.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document organizational or business domains, processes, systems, and business models.
- Lead elicitation sessions with executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts using interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, and business models.
- Create process and value stream models to document “as-is” states and develop “to-be” processes.
- Develop user stories, test cases, and test scripts to capture and track requirements and enhancements.
- Gather requirements for Siebel CRM Case Management applications, supporting human tasks, electronic workflows, case lifecycles, activities, documentation storage, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to establishing Project Management Office (PMO) standards, processes, and internal controls, including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks.
- Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support the full SDLC.
- Gather requirements for Surrogate Decision-Making program management systems.
- Perform duties in a hybrid business analyst/project management role.
- Provide guidance to large, cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Mandatory:
- 84+ months providing guidance to large teams and/or demonstrating extensive industry experience as a recognized leader in business analysis (Pass/Fail). Provide employer names, engagement dates, references, and relevant details.
