We are hiring for a Lead Power BI Developer,hybrid role. *Services Location*: TX/Dallas(local to Dallas and in office 3-4 days a week) *Max Rate*: $36 *Description Of Services*: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports for operational and regulatory reporting. Architect robust data models and optimize DAX calculations for performance and usability. Connect and transform data from Snowflake, and other sources for seamless reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations. Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development, deployment, and governance. Mentor junior developers and foster a data-driven culture across departments. Implement row-level security and ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards. Promote self-service BI adoption and provide training/support to business users. *Deliverables*: -Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned. *Acceptance Criteria*: Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field. Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
