One of our clients is seeking an *SAP BRIM/FICA Developer in Atlanta, GA, or Plano, TX (on-site).* *Position: SAP BRIM/ FICA Developer with experience in Performance Testing* *Location: Atlanta, GA || Plano, TX (Onsite)* *Employment Type: Contract* *Key Responsibilities* - Design and execute performance, load, and stress testing for SAP BRIM/FICA applications, including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and FICA modules. - Develop detailed test strategies, performance test plans, and test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad. - Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify performance bottlenecks across application, middleware, and database layers. - Analyze performance results, identify root causes, and recommend tuning solutions for ABAP, middleware (PI/PO, CPI), or HANA database performance issues. - Simulate large billing and payment scenarios to validate throughput and transaction latency under production-like data loads. - Work closely with developers to optimize custom code, batch jobs, and RFC performance. - Maintain test data, environment readiness, and test automation for repeatable performance cycles. - Document test results, provide detailed performance reports, and support go-live readiness assessments. - Participate in defect triage meetings and performance war rooms for critical system stabilization phases. * ------------------------------ * *Required Skills and Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in SAP testing, with 2–3 years focused on SAP FICA/BRIM performance testing. - In-depth understanding of SAP BRIM architecture — including SOM, CC, CI, and FICA components. - Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, BlazeMeter, etc.). - Strong knowledge of SAP HANA or Oracle DB performance tuning concepts. - Familiarity with ABAP performance analysis (ST05, SAT, ST12) and system monitoring (SM66, SM50, ST03N). - Experience in analyzing dumps, traces, and work processes to identify issues. - Understanding of integration points with CRM, SD, or external billing systems. - Strong analytical and documentation skills; able to interpret complex performance metrics. * ------------------------------ * *Preferred Skills* - Experience in telecom or utilities domain using SAP BRIM/FICA for large-scale billing and revenue operations. - Exposure to automation frameworks for regression and performance testing. - Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript) for performance scripting. - Knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure) infrastructure performance monitoring and load balancing. - Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build, or ChaRM for test and change management. * ------------------------------ * *Soft Skills* - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities. - Proactive and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced SAP deployment programs. * ------------------------------ * *Example Deliverables* - End-to-end BRIM/FICA performance test strategy and execution reports. - Performance tuning recommendations and validation outcomes. - Defect logs with root cause analysis and mitigation actions. - Final performance sign-off report for UAT and go-live phases. *Thanks & Regards* *Avanish Pandey* *Quantum World Technologies Inc.* *https://www.quantumworldit.com* <http://www.quantumworldit.com/> *[email protected]* <[email protected]> ||* +1 (805)-920-8897* *LinkedIn**- **http://linkedin.com/in/avanish-pandey-83897493/* <http://linkedin.com/in/avanish-pandey-83897493/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
