All OSes which are shipping texinfo >= 5.0 are exposing this issue.
It affects all non-bleeding-edge versions of binutils, newlib, gcc and
gdb. Older versions of these packages all require patching.

Like I wrote before, patches addressing this issue can be found in my
rtems toolchain patches.
