Thanks for the response. The project you're describing is the paravirtualization project described here <http://www.rtems.org/wiki/index.php/RTEMS_Paravirtualization>, right? Because I see another student is going to work on that project for GSoC2014. Or am I misunderstanding your description?
ARINC653-p4 is indeed a reduced p1. A lot of removed calls and deprecated return values. I also hope this ends up in the proper mailing list thread. Replying from a digested mail is harder than I expected. Thanks, Janek van Oirschot
