.com references added. It is the same script and this result is confusing.

Are you sure you want any reference to rtems.com changed to rtems.org ?
I would rather not do this. We will just have to reject patches that are
not rtems.org.
FYI there are still a lot of files with spaces at EOL including some
which are used
when bootstrapping so the generated files end up with spaces at EOL.
I will take a look.
So this
hasn't been easy to stop with a git checkin script. :(
