Ignore emacs backfiles and TAGS.
Could you use a private ~/.gitignore for this development environment
specific stuff?
Yes I the *~ can go there (I forgot about this personal .gitignore).
I would like to add a target to generate TAGS and in this case I think
that should stay. Is that ok ?
