I believed Spiced Right is even cooking with charcoal now, and several good places have gone out of business or become so generic as to be useless.
BTW, it isn't just Atlanta. Yankeefication is happening all across the South. I blame the lax border control under Clinton (I threw that in for Slef and Javvy's enjoyment). The last time I crossed Mason's Dixie Line, they were not even checking IDs.
