This is against conventional wisdom of attorneys who represent DUI offenders
as a specialty. To the last one, they strongly advise AGAINST taking the
test. At least here in North Alabama. I guess it could be different in other
jurisdictions. I'll be glad to furnish the phone number of the local guru
(actually, he is nationally recognized expert in the field)on the subject,
should anyone feel the need to know.
