He'll do it! Here's an unedited/unfinished version of a couple pre-season analysis he wrote awhile back

Brodie Croyle faces many
challenges ahead in 03.
The word around Bama Camp the past week has been about how quickly the offense is learning the system of new head coach Mike Shula. No one needs to adjust more quickly than sophomore quarterback Brodie Croyle. Croyle will have to learn his third different offensive gameplan in the past year.

Nevertheless, the first-year offensive coordinator Dave Rader says that he is pleased with the offenses performance this summer.

Despite the fact that Croyle has a lot on his plate, he will also have the opportunity to be surrounded by an array of talent. Wide receivers Triandos Luke, AC Carter, Zack Fletcher, and Dre Fulgham will all return this year, along with tight ends Clint Johnston and Donald Clarke.

Its not unpleasant, nor is it displeasing. Were not there yet. But I think we are heading in the right direction, Rader said.

While Alabamas scholarships due to the NCAA sanctions have been limited, Crimson Tide coach Mike Shula believes he will be able to make it work. There have been many surprise names in camp this summer, all exceeding the expectations of coach Shula.

Most surprising this summer on the defensive side of the ball has to be defensive lineman Dominic Lee. With the losses of the big three, Moorehead, King, and Johnson from last year, Lee was faced with several expectations, and has so far passed with flying colors. Coach Shula said he wouldnt be worried if he were to start Lee this season.

There are many offensive surprises out of the freshman class this season. Running back Tim Castille has been practiced at fullback and tailback this summer, and also may see some playing time this year.

There are three fine young wide receivers that 3 or 4 years down the road all may become household names. Matt Caddell, Tyrone Prothro, and William Roach. More than likely, none of these guys will start this season, but learning from the bench will give the receivers two things: depth, and experience.

Hopefully, some of the questions about Bamas depth have been answered, and believe it or not, maybe they have been answered by a few rising young stars. But, well see.

He's waiting on his dad to help with some some formatting and such before he finishes. :)
