I am more proud of our team with this loss than I have been with some of our
wins. Nobody likes losing and some say moral victories aren't worth
anything. But in this case, the moral victory may be worth more this season
than a win.

For those of you that weren't there, it was a very proud moment to witness
the standing ovation that the Bama fans gave the players as they left the
field. I don't know if I've seen that before at BDS. The team and coaches
deserved it. In fact, they deserve it every game, win or lose.

Shula and Co. will have to get back up for the Wildcats this weekend. The
character of our team will be tested this week as preparations are made to
find a way to stop the Pillsbury ThrowBoy. If the players hang their heads
this week after the loss, Kentucky may just sneak in here and pull out a
victory.

Here's hoping the players and coaches don't let that happen.
