We need to build a bridge to these players and help them overcome their setbacks. There are obviously victims of the failed 'No Child Left Behind' policy. The officers making the arrests need 'sensitivity training' so they can understand that the players are not at fault; we as society are responsible for the misfortunes of these and other youths. Their parents aren't around because they are out trying to find one of the 3,000,000 jobs that have been lost in the past several years or they are competing with the 9,000,000 illegal immigrants presently in the US for minimum wage jobs. This of course after the white collar job the parents once had was 'redirected' to an overseas country.
