Yeah...it seems that we got more than our fair share of injuries this year.  Staying healthy is going to be essential to a good season nest year.

I would also like to see Rader take a hike.  Kines almost redeemed himself this year.  His defense is going to remain in the top 5 for sure.  That should be a good reason to keep him around.  I hope that Rader is out of here though.

I too believe that things are looking much better for next year. The only thing is if the team can escape the "injury bug".

I am going to seriously consider getting season tickets next year.

Things will be much better next year.

The only team I hate more than Auburn is Tennessee.  So you do the math on the SECCG.
Rolltide anyway.

Subject: [RollTideFan] The Iron Bowl

As a member of a "house divided" I have a slightly different angle on the Iron Bowl.  My dad, brother, and I graduated from Bama.  My sister graduated from AllBarn.  Her son goes to LSU.  My 2 daughters are at AllBarn.  One graduates in Dec, before they lose the accreditation <g>.  My son plans to go to Bama, starting in 2007.  My kids' friends from HS and around are divided in loyalty as well.  So, regrettably, I have to try to enjoy AllBarn's great season, since it makes my girls happy.  We all tailgated together yesterday, and all the AllBarn fans I spoke to and saw were pleasant.  One inescapable reality to them:  they are likely going to be closed out of the MNC game, despite the best season imaginable.

I would like to criticize all the Bama ticket holders that sold their tix to Barners.  BDS seemed 1/3 for the Barn.  I hope they paid through the nose to get in.  Any Bama fan who made money off a Barner on their ticket should send the money straight to Crimson Tradition.  And, to Bama fans who did attend:  next time it rains, be sure you have a crimson or clear poncho.  Putting on a poncho in traffic-safety orange or some blue color, or even yellow, makes the usually crimson-and-white-clad stadium surreal.

After some great tailgating after the game, my group went to Dreamland for a late snack.  Yum.  Talked to an older pair of couples in the parking lot...one Tide couple and one Barner couple.  They have been to 35 straight Iron Bowls together!  Wonder where they eat on the Plains?

We will do well next year...and Auburn won't.  Hold the rop...I mean, keep the faith.
