TUSCALOOSA - The Alabama players haven't started serious film study of Minnesota just yet. But middle linebacker Cornelius Wortham is already impressed with Minnesota running backs Laurence Maroney and Marion Barber III. In fact, he compared them to Auburn's dynamic duo of Carnell Williams and Ronnie Brown.
"They said Ronnie and Cadillac were the best two in the nation and we shut them down," Wortham said. "Honestly I think these guys rank up there with them. We're going to go and get after them every play."
