IMHO, the Q-space expressed in cost in section 4.2.1. should be changed from
Expressed in cost terms the set of
routers {Q} are those for which the shortest path cost E->Q is
strictly less than the shortest path cost E->S->Q.
into:
Expressed in cost terms the set of
routers {Q} are those for which the shortest path cost Q->E is
strictly less than the shortest path cost Q->S->E.
