Hi Tom,

The difference in the text is due to how the work is funded.  IP is handled
in the same manner by my employer regardless of how the work is funded.

I.Chen is an author, e.g. draft-ietf-ospf-sr-yang-10, the text is

something like

which would not have set so many hares running for me. Is there a reason

for the different text in this qos I-D?
