Hi WG,

I support the creation of a new WG for APN. There are many discussions on APN 
which show enough interest from the community. The scope and framework of APN 
have also been clarified. But as some in the community have feared, the 
complexity that APN brings to the network requires further discussion and 
practice by the community. I think it is a good idea to suggest a new WG for 
more discussion of APN. We also want to explore the benefits that APN can bring.
