Often WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA are compelled to realise the abbrevated portion "C" stand for "Constabulary". Thus we do have "Central Information Constabulary" and "State Information Constabulary" to ensure that no one disclose any information which is likely to cause embarrassement or expose corruption or illegal actions of the public authorities. We can only pray that our "MAI BAAPS " bestow some mercy on WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA and appoint Central and State Information Commissions constituted by persons who can UNDERSTAND the RTI Act 2005. Now our CIC/SICs have gone to the extend of organising Trade Union Conferences at government expense on the guise of INFORMATION COMMISSIONER'S CONFERENCE collectively bargaining for higher perks, status and service conditions and powers of High Court/Supreme Court Judges presumably on a stake that if the government does not sanction it, they might ...... ............."which might not suit the public authorities.
