Greetings, Our friend Harikumar P of Kasargod was scheduled to attend a hearing on 21st Jan. 2008 @ CIC. The respondent DoP&T sent a FAX to CIC stating that they were unable to attend. Harikumar had already reached Delhi a week before and was due to return on 24th Jan. 2008. He pressed for his case and the hearing was preponed to 17th January, 2008 as a special case. This is a remarkable feat, which is usually achieved by powerful NGO.
