A cause list for 10th March shows up a total of 34
hearings scheduled in the chamber of IC(PB), of which
the appellant for 27 is the same person. However,
Veena Emporium and Veena Distributors are listed as
appellants for the rest. Either there is a typo error
here or perhaps the registrar actually listed the
agency as a citizen. Let us wait for the decision next
week.
Its also interesting to note that respondent for all
these 34 appeals is the same = Bank of Baroda.
