I really appreciate the sentiments expressed by Bimal Khemani and SRoy.. Unique.. this dialogue is also as meaningful as that about RTI..
How relationships (between strangers I presume) united by RTI reach their optimum and can flower as well as wither. We need all of you guys to fight this bearucracy (sp?) Let us forget the past and keep moving ahead. OUR time is much more important and significant. I guess it is now much needed to focus on How to provoke the CIC and SIC's into action, since I visited some of them and they do not even have time / manpower / resources to open the tapal for days together.
