But I will suggest you not to use the Money Order to file your RTI Application. You will most probably get automatic rejection. Money Orders are ok for paying Fees but not for filing application. Orissa Rules specifies a 'Form A' which has to be used. Even RTI application from Sitting MPs are rejected due to this dreaded 'Form A'. See this article & you will know what I am saying.
