dear sir 
in case no. 437/A/06 sanjay sharma versus the princial secretary the joint 
secretary , social welfare department , uttar pradesh government & the pio of 
social welfare department has given it in black and white that  the required 
papers from the file are missing.IC V. K. Saxena took it very lightly and 
disposed off the case.

pls. let me know what action should he take now.
