One is used to reading service matters piling up with the CIC. Here is an interesting case, where the IC OPK dismissed a case as it was a time-barred one under the Appeal Procedure rules. The appellant here is a Director of AIR, Mumbai, who herself is the CPIO of her own office. Just imagine that a person performing the duties of a CPIO in one office is not aware of the appeal procedures for an RTI Application filed by her with another office.
