Mr Kamra, the decision in two of my cases, clearly states that the first appeal was filed, but the AA had not disposed it. As such, the CIC has refered it back to the AA to take his decision. The path for 2nd Appeal is still left open fo me.
Incidently, both the cases were of larger public interest concerning the use of Elephants and Snakes in public places, permits and details regarding.
